Our commercial sealcoating process is second to none.

Asphalt pavements are major investments and like all smart business decisions, your investment should be protected. By applying our coal tar emulsion to your asphalt surface you are in effect applying a barrier that protects the asphalt from weather, salts, oils, UV rays from sunlight, and other substances that can cause pavement failure. Once pavement has been neglected, cracking, potholes and sections of pavement failure appear. This opens up the business owner to liability from trips and falls. Regular sealing maintenance protects you from not only costly replacements and repairs, but from costly injury claims, as well.

Seal of Approval understands a business owner has a complex schedule. We are happy to work around operating hours to ensure the job is completed with minimal interference to your business. We are available to work specified days, weekends and even holidays. We can sealcoat a parking lot/roadway in sections to minimize any interference with traffic flow, as well.

Seal of Approval provides all of your commercial asphalt maintenance needs. Our services include sealing, striping, and patches, ranging from cold patch to infrared repair. We crack-seal roadways and parking lots, as well, to prevent water damage to the property. Please note that we recommend this service in the cooler months (November – March), as the tar sets up much quicker.
